Q. What is the delivery time?
A. Orders are usually processed the next business day and shipped via UPS Ground. The usual transit time is 3-5 days, but due to the Covid-19 situation, it may take longer. All orders are confirmed by email when they ship, and include the tracking information.
Q. Where is the product ship from?
A. All orders ship from our Montreal Warehouse
Q. I live nearby, can I do a pick up at your warehouse?
A. Due to Covid-19 we no longer accept pick up for the security of our employees.
Q. My order show a Canada Post tracking and it is mentioned UPS on your website.
A. If a postal box is used in the shipping address, chances are that we will use Canada Post to expedite your order.
Q. How can you offer such low price, is the product open box and/or returns?
A. We only ship new products as new condition (no returns and no open boxes). We are able to sell at a such an aggressive price because this product no longer has a shelve in a retail environment as they have been replaced with new products provided by the distributor. Therefore that extra inventory still need to find a home!
Q. Why there is no brand showing on the product?
A. This is part of the condition to offer such great deals online with our partners.
Q. I have left a message and email and did not get a response yet?
A. The Covid-19 situation has created a surge of online orders and customer service communication as well. While we normally respond within 24h. we currently are experiencing a larger number of calls and email and our response is being delayed.
